Questions
How much should I charge for WordPress maintenance?
Start from what a site costs you each month (tools, hosting, and your team's time), then price for the margin you want. The calculator shows the price that breaks even and the price that reaches your target, and builds two or three tiers from there.
What should a WordPress care plan include?
At least tested updates, off-site backups with test restores, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and a monthly report. Higher tiers add speed work, content changes, and support hours.
How do I count my team's time?
Use the minutes a site really takes each month across updates, checks, reports, and small requests, at what an hour of that person costs you (pay plus overhead), not what you bill.
Is anything I enter saved?
No. The calculator runs in your browser. The share link holds only the numbers you entered.
