Every plugin and theme update runs on a staging copy first. Only tested versions go live, and the site is checked again right after. If an update still breaks the live site, it is rolled back right away and our team is alerted.

Does it work on my current host?
Yes. Maintenance runs through the Site Care plugin on any host, and on our own hosting.
What happens when an update breaks something?
Updates are tested on a staging copy first, so most problems never reach the live site. If one still breaks it, the update is rolled back right away and our team is alerted.
Can my clients see the plugin?
While it is connected, Site Care stays out of the plugin list on sites we do not host, and on our hosting it is always hidden and locked.
How long are backups kept?
180 days with Maintenance, 30 days with Hosting alone.
