Getting Started

Sign Up

Sign up with your agency's name and a card on file. There is no minimum, no contract, and no setup fee.

Connect a Site

Each site you add gets its own Site Care download with a one-time connection code inside. Install it like any plugin and switch it on; it connects by itself. No shell access and no WordPress password is shared with us.

To move a site to our hosting instead, add it as a hosting site. We copy the site, check the copy, and switch it over when it matches. MountDev Hosting runs on WP Cloud, the managed WordPress platform from Automattic, and a new hosting site is set up within about a week.

Pick Services

Choose Maintenance, Performance, Hosting, or all three for each site. Add or stop a service at any time: a service you add starts at once and the rest of the month is prorated on your next invoice; a service you stop runs to the end of the month.

What Happens Next

The nightly work starts on its own: backups, malware scans, tested updates, and checks of your key pages, forms, and page elements. You hear from us when something needs a decision.
